No. Surf Camera manufactures their own float handle because no other float handle could be as small, buoyant, lightweight and strong.

What if I drop my camera while it's pulled out of the Surf Camera case?
Surf Camera comes with a retractable cord in case your drop your camera. It also comes with a float handle that will float your camera if somehow the yo-yo cord broke after a wave pounded you while you were holding your your camera out of the Surf Camera case.

How does Surf Camera prevent me loosing my camera?
While your camera is nested inside the Surf Camera case you can wipe out on a 20 foot wave, roll down a gnarly mountain side and your camera will not slip out of the patent case.

Can you take if off easily?
Yes. The attachment is flat at 2"x2" and the Surf Camera case rotates onto it and locks in. If you're a skier worried about having a 2"x2" small flat attachment there, what's the big deal unless you wear it as your dinner jacket too.
